Touchbase is a relatively new service, and bugs should be expected. If you come across an interface bug or a bug relating to our backend, please email us at bugs@hioz.co with an in-depth explanation of the bug, the steps you took to cause it, and a screenshot/video if applicable.

We take potential exploits VERY seriously at Touchbase. If you believe you have found a bug, glitch, and/or an exploit that puts our member’s data or our own data at risk, email us atwhitehat@hioz.co. If you suggest a feature or report to us an issue that can prevent an exploit against us, and we act on it, we will reward you with financial compensation. We will speak more about this in our reply email to you. Please ONLY bring attention regarding potential exploits to us using this method. Telling us using ANY other method can void potential compensation and risk legal prosecution.
