In no circumstances while using Touchbase can you engage in...
Public/Terroist Threats
Attaching a social media account or a profile attribute to your Touchbase account or little.link that seriously threatens violence toward a populace, group and/or geographical location, generally labeled as “terrorist threats” or “public threats”.
False reporting
False and/or exaggerated expression of speech shared to Touchbase staff in an attempt to defame a Touchbase member's character, brand, and/or integrity in hopes that Touchbase will take administrative action against the accused.
Illicit activities involving minors
Attaching a social media account or a profile attribute to your Touchbase account or little.link that depicts or directly displays child pornography and/or child neglect, or the intentional sharing of information (such as instructions, search terms, sole/majority-purpose websites, and the like) that lead to those forms of media.
Sharing accounts and URLs based on hate speech
ttaching a social media account or a profile attribute to your Touchbase account or little.link that functions for the SOLE PURPOSE of distributing and/or congregating hate speech, and/or holding hate speech as a MAJORITY of its content.
We define hate speech as “speech that expresses animosity, extreme disparagement or encourages violence towards an individual or a group on account of a characteristic they possess through no fault of their own. This includes race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or sexual identity."
Targeted attacks and “brigades”
Instructing, encouraging, or participating in a targeted mass congregation of attack (a “brigade”) on Touchbase, its member base, its corporate affiliates, or its servers.
Sharing personal information of unwilling participants
Attaching a social media account or a profile attribute to your Touchbase account or little.link that shares private and personal information (including media such as photos or videos) of someone unwilling to disclose their private and personal information. Also known as “doxxing”.
Spam
repeated behaviors that are acted in an unwanted or solicited manner amongst the Touchbase member base. This can include an ingenuine mass-attachment of the same profile attribute or social media account to many Touchbase profiles or little.links, following a large number of users at an alarming rate, or visiting Touchbase and its profiles and its third-party redirects at an alarming rate.
Our Enforcement
- Asking politely
- Asking not as politely
- Removal of accounts and/or Touchbase account information
- Suspension of your Touchbase account
- Legal action on our own accord (if necessary)
- Cooperation in judicial proceedings for a third-party that suffered measurable losses or damages as a result of someone breaking these rules on our platform.
